Please note, these packages include digital services only, we don't provide "on location" or phone support or call answering services.

OPTION #1: ENTREPRENEURS RESCUE PACKAGE. $1750 PER MONTH.

This package is ideal if you're a solo entrepreneur or small business who would like a professional company style feel and appearance in front of your clients to lighten the load to free up some valuable time. 

1: CLOUD OFFICE & SYNCING.

We'll establish a complete virtual office environment where we can easily and seamlessly team up online. This includes Google Apps, which is provided complimentary for 2 users (both yourself and Rescue Me) and "ActiveInbox" to turn your setup into a powerful collaborative on-line workspace. In addition, we offer step-by-step instructions for you to be able to sync every piece of information in the cloud that's necessary to collaborate. Once established, you will have a solid foundation for operating your business in a virtual environment. Everything is setup and built generically and can consequently easily be transferred if your situation changes or Rescue Me's service is no longer required.

2: EMAIL MANAGEMENT. (MAX. 50 EMAILS PER DAY)

We'll manage both our company email account and also your personal email account (optional) up to 50 emails a day, not including spam or junk mail. When handling your account, we'll clear out any spam or unimportant emails, then label and filter your emails as per your preference, for example by client, company and topic keeping them super-organized, plus we'll star the ones that require your attention and notify you when your email account is ready to check.

3: APPOINTMENT & CALENDAR MANAGEMENT. 

We'll set up a centralized appointment system (provided complimentary with this package) where we'll enter all of your appointments, this will sync directly with your Google Calendar. If you don't want to take appointments on a certain day or time, you (or we) can block out your calendar online, so that appointments cannot be made during that time. This will leave you free to publish your calendar online and provide your clients and customer with the link, where they could also schedule in their own appointments, which will automatically show on your calendar. We'll send an automated email notification of all your appointments first thing in the morning so they are all waiting for you when you're ready to start the day.

4: EMAIL FAQ DATABASE.

Every time we need to ask you how to answer a particular question or enquiry from a client (we'll only ever need to ask once), as when we know the right response we'll record the answer as part of an FAQ Database, this will be stored inside Google Apps so you can easily access the answers, add new ones or update them as your business changes - or you could simply notify us of the changes and we'll update this for you.

5: 10 HOURS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE.

On top of all the other support provided as a part of this package, we'll also provide you with 10 hours of administrative support assistance for the month. This can be used for various tasks such as travel arrangements, transcription, checking up on your social media, research and more, we're happy to carry the load with those little extras that you need assistance with. Please note these hours do not carry over month to month.

OPTION #2: SMB RESCUE PACKAGE. $2750 PER MONTH.

This package is ideal if you're a busy solo entrepreneur looking to expand, or a small to medium business who would like a professional company style feel and appearance in front of your customers and clients and you want a reliable team in front of house operations.


It includes everything listed from option #1, with the addition of the following:

1: WEEKLY FOCUS MEETINGS WITH MEGAN (OPTIONAL).

Every week both you and Megan can get together on a Skype call for up to 30 minutes. This will be at a fixed weekly time where you are free to discuss the week ahead, delegate tasks or request support. These sessions will be recorded and uploaded into your dedicated client area. These meetings will help us to help you stay on track, and ensure that we're constantly providing the best and most attentive service possible.

2: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT.

When we're handling your email we'll continuously ensure that we keep notes and contact information up-to-date. If there's anything you'd like us to keep record of for a particular client, such as special circumstances, important interactions, do's, don'ts and more we'll update the notes for the customer or client via the email account so that there's always an up-to-date record.

3: INTRANET DEVELOPMENT.

If your client support goes beyond email FAQ's we'll start, develop and maintain a company intranet which can include staff and company information, instructions on how to go about a variety of processes and procedures in your business and more.
We'll record, step-by-step your entire business operations that we're involved with inside one centralized company intranet, and keep everything categorized and organized. This can also include video screencasts if required.
