Important Client Information

#1. Scheduling A Call.

We've discovered that electronic communication is the most effective through the Rescue Me Office or our Support Desk. However, if you'd like to chat with us directly, please use our online calendar for scheduling an appointment.

To schedule an appointment, CLICK HERE and follow the instructions below.

STEP 1 - Click on the appointment type. 

STEP 2 - Click on the Date. After clicking on the date, click on the desired time. 

STEP 3 - Add your personal details and notes and click Submit.

#2. Accessing Your Billing Information.

If you need to access your invoices or estimates, they are all stored securely online for your convenience.

#3. How We'll Work Together Virtually.

The Rescue Me Office --- The most important part of working together is where we'll be collaborating on your tasks, assignments and/or projects. This is the central area where we'll communicate. We recommend using this frequent as possible. When delegating a new task or project, Megan or one of our team members will create a discussion in your client area to things moving. Here's a little tour for you. :-)

#5. Other Important Information.

Our team is based in the US and UK and, in general, operate during US Business Hours which are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (US Timezones -- EST, CST, MT and PST). We are closed during US Public Holidays and The Christmas and New Year Holidays. If you require support during those days, please email us at support@rescuemeassistance.com for further assistance.
