PRIORITY SERVICE

WHAT IS PRIORITY SUPPORT & WHY SHOULD IT BE A CONSIDERATION?

It’s important to us that all of our clients receive the exact same quality of service. However, there are time restraints when dealing with multiple businesses, and although our goal is to respond to all inquiries, requests and assignments within 24 to 48 hours, some clients require an elevated level of service to keep up with their business demands.

To accommodate these clients, we offer the option to upgrade the level of assistance they receive. Megan Dixon, the CEO of Rescue Me, offers her personal time and attention to a select few clients, and for a monthly fee, you can receive the following additional perks as a "priority" client.

SAVE MONEY.

Exemption from our express rate.

Priority clients are only charged standard hourly rates for work we complete. If a priority client needs to be quickly rescued, we assist them at no additional charge. Our express rates are twice the cost of our standard rates.

SAVE TIME.

Priority clients have the utmost priority.

They are given the highest priority when scheduling work within the team to accommodate their business requirements.

DIRECT CORRESPONDENCE.

Instant Skype Chat.

Priority clients have direct access to Megan's personal Skype ID, which she is available on throughout the week (Monday to Friday) to contact her directly for instant chat, or to leave a message if the status is set to away. Megan will respond as soon as possible.

QUICK RESPONSE.

Customer service.

Priority client requests are dealt with via our support site as a top priority, as soon as they are picked up. It's not uncommon to receive a response within a few hours of submitting your ticket. (Exceptions include the twilight hours CST.)

FREE CONSULTING.

A value of $300.

Megan makes herself available to priority clients for up to 2 hours of online business consulting per month. This time can be used to discuss current or future projects, administration, marketing, website development and more, which alone holds a value of $300.

Your Investment.

$625 per month, minimum 3 months.

EXPRESS SERVICE

All work is required to be scheduled to mutually agreed upon deadlines. However, we realize that occasionally you may need work completed within tighter deadlines that weren't agreed on in advance. Our express service offers the same quality, but quickly! Our express rate is the hourly applicable rate x 2.
